Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Hair must be clean, blown out, and product-free before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within 24 hours. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to book again.
